Bread & Butter Pudding Recipe

Main Ingredients

·         1 raisin loaf
·         125g of President Salted Butter, softened

Custard Ingredients

·         2 cups of PnP UHT Full Cream Milk
·         1 tsp of PnP Vanilla Flavour Essence
·         3 No Name Large Eggs
·         125g of PnP Castor Sugar
·         1 tbsp of PnP Icing Sugar, for dusting


1.    Preheat oven to 160°C
2.    Slice raisin loaf, then butter and quarter slices
3.    Layer raisin bread into a medium-sized ovenproof dish or 4-6 smaller dishes for individual portions
4.    Mix custard ingredients together and pour over raisin bread
5.    Bake for about 35-40 minutes for larger puddings or 25-30 minutes for smaller ones
6.    Dust with icing sugar and serve
